What a lovely little place! Stayed as a solo traveller for work and felt safe and secure. Had everything I needed and felt cosy. Perfect for what I needed. Easy check in and loads of places to eat right on the street. Would definitely stay again!

This cosy, little apartment was perfect for our one night stay. It offered us just what we needed as it was in the heart of this lovely town. We opened the door and everything that we wanted was on our door step. David was very welcoming and flexible.

Perfect location right in the middle of Shrewsbury. It was a little odd not having daylight but it meant we slept very well and there are lots of restaurants / cafes near by ans the location made up for this . Very quiet and would definitely stay again . Free parking 5 mins walk away for 1 car was a bonus .Dave was very helpful .

Lived up to its name as very cosy and comfortable. It was just as described and had everything you needed. Was worried it would be hot due to the heat wave we were having but the airflow system kept the bedrooms lovely and cool. The milk and snacks on arrival were a lovely touch. Would definitely book again if we returned to the area.

Davids place was lovely. I had overlooked that the one i booked had no windows, which was a little daunting, but it was quiet and cosy. Deffo not for someone with claustophobia. Plenty of space, nicely decorated and generally a lovely little place. There was a mix up with getting in, but David rectified it quickly (from afar) so we didnt have to wait to long

Extremely clean, comfortable and organized space in a great location, close to shops, riverside walks and bars/restaurants. The fairy-light lit patio is a lovely place to sit on a summer’s evening. Lots of special touches, including fresh milk for cups of tea. Dave and Andrea were friendly and helpful and it was nice to meet Henry, their four-legged resident.

David is an excellent host, and very quick to respond. He is helpful, friendly, and even provided a list of restaurants to visit.There is off site parking, which is a short walk from the site. Everything is within walking distance, Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would recommend staying here.

A small studio flat in the centre of Shrewsbury. There is a fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle. The shower is hot with good pressure. The flat is down a private alleyway, so pretty quiet unless neighbours walk past and then it can sound like theyre in the room with you. Only happened a couple of times, so not really an issue once I worked out what it was. Great communication on the self check in and the host kindly left some milk in the fridge as well as some snacks on the table. Would gladly book again.

Had a lovely stay , the place was very clean and peaceful and we got to meet the hosts lovely little dog ! And the beds were very comfortable so we were very well rested.

I really enjoyed our stay in the cozy corner, there was 4 of us overall staying for one night. Check in was easy, hard to find (due to the mobile data being horrible in Shrewsbury) but luckily Dave was super helpful and guided us there via a phone call.The flat was lovely, nice and cool in this summers heat, central location, free parking and overall great value. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay I would recommend here.Dave also printed out a huge list of all the bars, restaurants etc on the wall with distances too. Really useful to plan the night.

David and Andrea were wonderful hosts. Went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Apartment was lovely and cool despite it being peak summer. I slept so well, loved the peace and quiet.This apartment is right in the middle of town so accessible to everything we wanted to do.Had a lovely stay and will definitely come back.Would recommend.

What an amazing long weekend. David couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. Studio flat was more than big enough to accommodate two of us. Everything was squeaky clean inside and all amenities were there to make our stay easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back. The location of this apartment was excellent, very central and easy to get to. The free parking space was a great addition. Although a 10 minute walk away, we were able to pull up outside the apartment to drop our luggage off, which was really helpful. The flat was clean and tidy and had everything in it that we needed. It also had a lovely enclosed outdoor seating area which was nice for sitting in the sun. We couldn't fault it and will definitely stay there again when we revisit Shrewsbury. Thank you to the hosts for accommodating us.

Cosy Corner is a delightful hidey hole in the centre of Shrewsbury. Fantastically located, a short walk from anywhere you’ll need, yards from the river and town centre. The property itself isn’t for the unstable or infirm, but is a gorgeous little warren of a place, beautifully kept and absolutely unique. Would love to come back.

Great location, loads to do and all of Shrewsbury is so easily walkable from the flat. There was a slight smell of mould and the flat was a bit musty which was a shame but overall perfect for what we needed.

Great place to stay in city, with added bonus of free parking just 5 mins away which was great. David and Andrea looked after us.Downstairs bedrooms and bathroom had no windows, but this was stated in info.it's a bit narrow and quirky, but great vfm, so no Complaints. outside patio was great as it was so hot during our stay. lots of pubs and eateries nearby, even 2 wetherspoons!!! Not far to walk to any of the tourist attractions.

Great little place to say. Very quiet as the apartment is behind a shop so insulated from the street. Everything worked and it was near the bus stop which we used every day to get to my Dad's nursing home.

David's place was perfectly located for us and had everything we needed plus extras. David was very responsive to messages and couldn't do enough for us. Would 100% stay again.

We loved the town centre location as there is so much to see and do in Shrewsbury. Cosy 1 set back from the street, so you don't get any noise at night. Everything was spotlessly clean and new. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Small but perfectly formed! We were only there for one night but we couldn’t fault it. So central to the town and ideally situated if you’re going to the theatre. You go through 3 locked doors to get to the apartment so it felt very safe. Great hosts - even offered to pick us up from the station.I’d recommend without hesitation.

Had to go to Shropshire due to an emergency vets appointment and chose to stay here with my toddler and parter. We stayed the same day we booked. Dave was very accommodating and a lovely host, he went above and beyond for us and we couldnt thank him enough for a very peaceful stay. I also had to work whilst i was there, Dave gave me the option to work in the apartment next door so I could work without any distractions. Thank you Dave for a lovely stay, we are thinking of coming back in the summer and will definitely be staying here if available. 5 stars 🌟

The location is ideal for exploring the town, everything is in walking distance, so it's the prefect spot! David was responsive and friendly, and the place was well located and very clean and comfortable. David was very helpful in providing a cot and directing me to the location. The only surprise was the lead photo on the listing which shows the building front, but this isn’t really where you are staying. You are behind the building in a basement apartment - but other than that it was a 5 star stay and the host was incredibly amenable.

We had a wonderful one night stay here, the accommodation was perfect on every level. Clean, lots of space, comfortable and very quiet. It was our first time in Shrewsbury and it’s a beautiful place with lots to do so having a place to stay right in the heart of the town was perfect. Everything was in walking distance. If you choose to stay here ask the host about his pub recommendations, you won’t regret it.

We stayed at Cosy Corner for one night and it was perfect for what we needed. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, great location. David was very welcoming and helpful. It’s a very compact apartment, the upstairs living space is small, with limited space if you wanted to self cater but it’s great value for the completely central location and standard of accommodation.

David’s stay was in the perfect spot in town, he was ever so helpful and happy. When we come back to Shrewsbury (because we loved it so much!) I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

The lack of daylight was claustrophobic and as a result would not stay there again despite the obvious attraction of city centre location.

We had a great stay ahead of an upcoming move to the area. The apartment is right in the centre of Shrewsbury, and close to all the sights of the city, plus restaurants, the park, the river, the theatre. It suited us perfectly as a family with a small child and a dog. The pint of milk and snacks were also very welcome after a long drive, as was David's welcome. Thank you for having us!

As mentioned in previous post, tucked away in the town centre.
The only noise came from the neighbours next door and above, otherwise great for a short visit to Shrewsbury.

Everything was just how it was described looked just like the photos great host answered all the questions I had and even gave me recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area

I’m sure it saved somewhere in the description but… I was a bit shocked when the living room had only two skylights, and the downstairs bedrooms on the bathroom, had absolutely no windows at all. There is an air conditioning system to circulate the air, but I did not realize that I was claustrophobic until I stayed here. Not suitable for anyone who needs A window to be able to sleep. Dave was a lovely guy and really helpful. They have clearly made the most of the space they had available but ….
Also, don’t stay if you don’t like dogs. Dave and his wife live on the opposite side of the patio and have two dogs.
There was fresh milk for us and fresh tulips for us. It was clean and comfortable, but I spent the whole three days just wanting to get out of there. Sorry, Dave. Xx

David met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the place explaining where everything was. The place is clean, cute and they’d left us some snacks to welcome us. Perfectly located in the center and has a car parking space 5 minutes away - would recommend!

Cosy 1 studio perfect location. ⭐️Very cosy for the 3 of us , but ideal for a one night stay in Shrewsbury. We had everything we needed and Dave the host was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Added bonus was the free car parking space (only a short walk).

We had a great stay in this excellent accommodation. The host was extremely hospitable and accommodating. The flat is in a convenient location and the parking space is just a short walk away. Despite the town centre location, it's extremely quiet. The flat is very comfortable and spacious with a large lounge, well appointed-kitchen and two nice bedrooms. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay

It is located at the very central location and you can walk anywhere you want to. The apartment was comfortable and cozy as its name suggests - it has a small kitchen, a front room with a smart TV, 2 bedrooms with a double bed each and a bathroom with a shower box, toilet and a small sink. The Wi-Fi was very handy as neither mine (O2) or my husband’s phone (Three/Vodafone) had enough signal strength to do anything in this area.
Andrea kindly let us use their washer and drier which was super helpful, and learning my daughter likes dogs, she kindly let her play with their cute little dogs, Ed and Henry (plus their guest dog, gizmo!) It was the best experience for my daughter and we really enjoyed the time at their apartment. Thank you so much!

We booked this accommodation very last minute (the morning of the day we wanted to stay), David was very responsive and approved our request within the hour. I explained that we wouldn’t get there until very late and he was understanding and accommodating, we swapped numbers and kept in contact. He was friendly and welcoming on arrival, showed us around and recommended local places to eat/visit. It was a lovely stay and we are keen to visit again. Thanks David!

Rooms were clean, and very quiet. No oven, just microwave and toaster, but as you are right in town there are so many places to eat, you are spoilt for choice. David always responded straight away when we messaged, so great host. Would definitely book here again.

The place is located very central and easy to walk places from there. The hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate. The place was very good for us as we just needed comfortable beds and a clean place for one night.

They had fresh milk for us, tea and instant coffed. The only thing is that the place doesn't have windows. For one night it was ok but not sure for more days since I like being able to see outside and get daylight.

The parking lot is a bit of a walk but there are options near the place. My mum has some issues with her knee so we ended parking at a car park 2 mins from the place which was affordable and very near.

We were briefly there for one night and it was a very good location for us. The host was very responsive and gave us detailed, accurate information. We were delayed on the M6 (turned engines off for an hour) so he was flexible in our arrival. Having car parking was an added bonus, just a little way across the bridge from the apartment. Definitely recommended.

Great location in the centre of town. We stayed for the one night while visiting the theatre. The flat was clean, comfy and well equipped. Beds were super comfy and it was so peaceful we slept like logs, you wouldn’t have known you were in the centre of town.

Corey 2 is a wonderful spot right in the middle of everything. The apartment was very clean and quiet despite being downtown. David made check in very easy and he was super accommodating - a real pleasure to meet. Great spot!
