We booked this accommodation very last minute (the morning of the day we wanted to stay), David was very responsive and approved our request within the hour. I explained that we wouldn’t get there until very late and he was understanding and accommodating, we swapped numbers and kept in contact. He was friendly and welcoming on arrival, showed us around and recommended local places to eat/visit. It was a lovely stay and we are keen to visit again. Thanks David!

Rooms were clean, and very quiet. No oven, just microwave and toaster, but as you are right in town there are so many places to eat, you are spoilt for choice. David always responded straight away when we messaged, so great host. Would definitely book here again.

The place is located very central and easy to walk places from there. The hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate. The place was very good for us as we just needed comfortable beds and a clean place for one night.

They had fresh milk for us, tea and instant coffed. The only thing is that the place doesn't have windows. For one night it was ok but not sure for more days since I like being able to see outside and get daylight.

The parking lot is a bit of a walk but there are options near the place. My mum has some issues with her knee so we ended parking at a car park 2 mins from the place which was affordable and very near.

We were briefly there for one night and it was a very good location for us. The host was very responsive and gave us detailed, accurate information. We were delayed on the M6 (turned engines off for an hour) so he was flexible in our arrival. Having car parking was an added bonus, just a little way across the bridge from the apartment. Definitely recommended.

Great location in the centre of town. We stayed for the one night while visiting the theatre. The flat was clean, comfy and well equipped. Beds were super comfy and it was so peaceful we slept like logs, you wouldn’t have known you were in the centre of town.

Corey 2 is a wonderful spot right in the middle of everything. The apartment was very clean and quiet despite being downtown. David made check in very easy and he was super accommodating - a real pleasure to meet. Great spot!

Dave and Andrea were fantastic hosts, helpful and communicative. The house was fully equipped with everything we could need. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The parking was nearby and easy with the clear instructions. Central location, but peaceful in the house. We stayed with a dog and it couldn't have been easier.

Me and my family had a great overnight stay at this place when we came to Shrewsbury to watch a show. The flat was lovely and spotless, and the hosts were super responsive to all our queries! They even left us some fresh milk from the milkman! My Grandma has some accessibility requirements, and this place was perfect, very few steps and right in the middle of town and near the theatre. Brilliant stay for all of us!

We had a wonderful stay at Dave’s Cosy Corner! From start to finish, Dave was excellent in communication—kind, accommodating, and helpful. The flat was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities. Every detail reflected a genuine sense of care. Visiting in winter, we especially appreciated how well-heated the space was, with the bedrooms feeling warm and toasty. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Shrewsbury!

We had a great stay at Cosy Corner. It was an ideal location, David was a brilliant host, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I’d highly recommend to anyone staying in Shrewsbury.

Definitely a hidden gem! Perfect location for everything we needed. Apartment was very well looked after and had everything we needed, including little 4 legged visitors with waggy tails popping in to say good morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting somewhere close to the theatre, restaurants, pubs and shops.

Apartment is in a convenient location but it was not clear that the parking is not near the apartment which is not great of you have luggage. Also there are no windows in the bedrooms which make it feel very claustrophobic
The shower is incredibly difficult to control temperature and was mouldy. We felt that the apartment was not furnished to a very high standard for the money. Very much an ikea feel

We stayed in cosy corner. It was just as in the photos and perfect for our one night stay. David was very friendly and helpful and we had everything we needed. The parking place was particularly helpful.

Excellent location in the centre of Shrewsbury. Right next to the Quarry for walks and near all the shops and restaurants. Great to find a dog friendly place so central.

David communicated throughout our stay. He was very helpful and accommodating.
The accommodation was in the centre of town and ideally located.
Accommodation was clean and well presented.

The only negative was that there were two piles of sick and humane excrement near the main front door early Sunday am. This was cleared quickly and the pavements washed down, we presume by owners or shop residents. We understand this is beyond David's control.

I met up with a friend so the accommodation was great and in a good location in the centre of town.
It had everything we needed clean, tidy and and comfortable

Brill stay

Another amazing stay in one of there diffrent apartments and it was sooo comfy after a long day of train traveling. The sofa is sooo comfy and cozy and comfy thick fluffy blankets over you and huge tv to watch a movie to snuggle up with my pooches.
The bed was sooo comfy after comfortable I slept like a log and the flat had all I needed and more and it was lovely and warm.

And all the shops are 2 seconds walk away and also too the river and the main park and the river cruise.

I will be back there and already booked it. To do a spot of Xmas shopping.

Only had a one night stay for a girls night out, the apartment was very central to everything, shops and bars. Lovley clean apartment, David met us when we got there to make sure everything was ok, . We need for nothing, even tea, coffee and milk was there for us,
David was a great host and will definitely be staying there again .

Brilliant place to stay. Very central. Cosy, comfy and warm. The best place ever.

The accommodation was great. Dave was very helpful, providing a parking space (albeit a short stroll away), and handy on-site bicycle storage.
The bedrooms were comfortable and toasty.

We were in Shrewsbury for a wedding, and the location was perfect to explore the night before, greats bars, shops and restaurants. Had a lovely stay and place was exactly as described and in a great location. Bedrooms are small so it might be a squeeze for 4 larger adults but for my friend and I it was perfect and we’d definitely recommend it and would stay again for sure.

I stayed here for the weekend with my partner and a friend while exploring the local area looking to get an idea for relocating. The superb location right in the centre of town was perfect for this and allowed us all to explore the area and all it has to offer while still having a relaxing and peaceful stay in such a nice place.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and feel that Dave and Andrea’s hosting was responsive and very down to earth. I would like to take this time to say a big thanks to both of them and I would highly recommend staying at Cosy Corner to anyone looking for a stress free stay in Shrewsbury.

OUTSTANDING place I have stayed in many AirB&B over the years and this is one of my top 10 as it’s extremely clean, peaceful, central location, 5 min to the river and local park to go for a lovely walk. Plenty of places to eat and have a drink with in seconds of walking from the holiday accommodation.
Under 10min of walking to the bus station and train station all easy to find and a straight one direction footpath to them.
I had lovely welcome cakes and milk coffee tea & sugar on arrival and after a long day of train delays ohhh I so needed that cup of tea.
The host were extremely friendly and hospitable and nothing was too much. Great communication.

The bed was super comfy and slept like a log and did not want to get up out of it at 7am. My 2 small dogs slept all night on there blankets on the floor too.
The bathroom was spotless and the shower is huge and great and roomy.
All bedding and towels were super clean and smelt lovely and fresh.
I will be back that is 100%. Thank you

An excellent stop for the night in central Shrewsbury, close to everything. David was very helpful, even sorted a free parking spot for the night. The apartment is small but well laid out. One thing though is that the bedrooms have no windows and are totally, and I mean TOTALLY dark. If you're bringing kids - or adults who are scared of the dark - I would bring a night light. We had a fun weeked and can happily recommend Cosy Corner.

David’s place is in a central location close to the shops and restaurants and within walking distance of the train station. It was very easy to find and check in. We were also able to leave our luggage in the appartement on check out day which gave us an extra morning sightseeing.
Shrewsbury is a lovely, interesting place with lots to explore. Recommended

Fully recommend for anyone who is coming to Shrewsbury for any reason, it so central, but so quite. Great Indian three doors down and Chinese (Mandarin take away ) just across the Welsh bridge.

Cosy 1 was a lovely little room for an overnight stay - clean and tidy. The room was in a really good central location and the parking space was really handy. David was a fantastic host, with great communication and left clear instructions.

Great location and helpful check-in, but we were disappointed by the quality of this flat for the price we paid (£216 for 4 people and a dog for one night). The flat is down an alleyway and shares an entrance with the flat above, and one of the doors didn’t lock properly. The bathroom is immediately off the kitchen, the shower leaked, the sink is so small that water splashes when you wash your hands, there was no soap and no lock on the bathroom door. The bedroom furniture is basic with poor quality bedding, and the towels are thin. The kitchen only has a toaster and microwave (no cooker). The Wi-Fi didn’t work in every room (and there’s no phone signal). We were aware on booking there are no windows, but we did not sleep well due to the small bedrooms and the lack of air which made us feel claustrophobic. The flat seems to be priced per number of guests, so it may be better value for fewer people wanting a basic overnight stay in the centre of town but we would never return.

A great stay at Cosy 2; super-comfy seating and bedding; XL TV; lots of space and all-you-could-need equipped kitchen. Dave was a welcoming and friendly host and the apartment location was perfect; right in the centre of the heart of Shrewsbury’s restaurants, with no noise distractions and just across the bridge from the theatre. The free parking space was very welcome too.

Lovely little room. Very comfortable. Not much in the way of natural light but that didn’t bother me overly much. But the room itself was ideal for my needs.

David is a considerate, helpful, informative and friendly host. He is listed as a "Super Host" I think it should be "Extra Super Host"
